4-Day Arctic Fun Package

ITINERARY
Monday afternoon: Arrival in Inuvik, shuttle to the Arctic Chalet and check into your comfortable full-service cabin where you will stay for the next 4 nights. First of all we will give you a very interesting tour of the unique town of Inuvik.
Tuesday: Today we will drive you all the way to the Arctic Ocean and give you a tour of the village of Tuktoyaktuk. This is a full dat tour with an interesting guide who really knows the Arctic.
Wednesday: Today we will take you on a half-day dog sled tour with our beautiful friendly white huskies. We will also enjoy a hot lunch around a campfire.
Thursday: Today we will drive the Mackenzie River ice road to the village of Aklavik. It is a 2-2.5 hour drive each way all on ice !
Friday: Time to say goodbye and check out. We will shuttle you to the airport for your flight south.
5-Day Arctic Dog Sledding Variety Package
This package includes other activities besides dog sledding.

ITINERARY
Sunday: We will meet you at the airport and shuttle you to the Arctic Chalet where you will check into your cabin, followed by a tour of the town of Inuvik which will include a short drive on the Mackenzie river ice road.
Monday: After breakfast in your room we will take you on a fun dog sled tour out into the Mackenzie Delta where we will have a hot lunch around a campfire.
Tuesday: Today you will drive your dog team to the Arctic Loon Cabin. The trip is about 2.5 to 3 hours. Here you will enjoy a good meal and overnight. This cabin is off the grid, but very comfortable with warm bedding and an indoor toilet! Dinner, breakfast and lunch are provided.
Wednesday: In the morning you can accompany Judi for some snowshoeing on a scenic trail or enjoy relaxing in the cabin. After lunch we will prepare for the trip back to the Arctic Chalet with the dog teams or by snowmobile.
Thursday: Today we will offer you one of our vehicles to drive the new highway to Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean or we can drive you there and give you the full interpretive tour.
Friday: Today you check out and we will take you to the airport to see you off.
Note:
- Meals are not included at the Arctic Chalet or on the tour to Tuk, but your cabin will have a kitchen where you can prepare and cook your own food. We will take you to the grocery store whenever you like.
- Judi and Olav are vegetarian and will serve you some delicious vegetarians meals out at the Loon cabin and around the campfire on your half-day dog sled tour.
- Let us know if you have any food allergies.
- We do not include Saturdays in any of our tour packages. Otherwise, our dates are quite flexible and we can modify or customize a package to suit your interests.
5 day Dog Sledding Package with the White Huskies

Monday: Kennel tour, short run with the huskies
Tuesday: Dog sled tour with a campfire lunch at Picnic Lake
Wednesday: Travel to the Arctic Loon cabin and overnight with the huskies. The trip is about 2.5 to 3 hours. Here you will enjoy a good meal and overnight. This cabin is off the grid, but very comfortable with warm bedding and an indoor toilet! Dinner, breakfast and lunch are provided.
Thursday: Dog sled back to the Arctic Chalet.
Friday: Check out, airport shuttle and fly south.
